Meet Our Key Staff

Mark Culleton and Phillip Boon are the Directors of, and Project Managers for, Ulex Constructions Pty Ltd and they provide the attention-to-detail planning, supervision and direction that comes from many years successfully managing a variety of projects.

Mark Culleton – Director & Project Manager
- 38 years experience in the Building Industry
- 29 years as a Licenced Builder (BSA Builders Licence 16458)
- Experienced in all areas of commercial construction and interior fit-out.

Phillip Boon – Director & Project Manager
- 24 years experience in the Building Industry
- 5 years as a Licenced Builder (BSA Builders Licence 719188)
- Experienced in all areas of commercial construction, interior fit-out, and cabinetmaking/joinery.

Paul Watson is the Joinery Manager and provides friendly, personal service to our clients to ensure a smooth transition from the idea stage to the final finished product stage for each joinery item.

- Experienced in all areas of cabinetmaking/joinery.

Christopher Boon is our Accountant and Office Manager and provides the financial planning and support to ensure the highest financial integrity is maintained so we can continue to serve our clients into the future.
